Age Requirement – If you are pursuing permanent residency through skilled migration, your age is an essential factor.- Applicants under 40 are in the strongest position, as they score higher points under Australia’s migration system.
- Once you turn 45, you are generally not eligible for skilled migration visas, such as independent, state, or regional nominations.
- This is why it’s important to start your ANMAC Skills Assessment early — so you don’t waste time or risk losing eligibility.
Visa History – Applicants must not have a history of visa refusals that could impact their eligibility.
Genuine & Legal Documents – All documents submitted must be authentic, accurate and compliant with ANMAC standards. Submitting false or misleading documents can result in your application being refused and may also make you ineligible to reapply for a period of time under ANMAC’s fraud policy.
