Before You Apply
Lead a dedicated team of nurses to deliver high-quality, person-centred aged care.
Guide AN-ACC assessments and ensure personalised clinical care planning.
Oversee clinical governance, compliance, and accreditation requirements.
Provide ongoing mentoring and clinical oversight to RNs and Clinical Support Nurses.
Manage clinical incident reporting and SIRS investigations.
Support budget planning and drive service improvements.
Participate in the organisation’s broader Clinical Governance Leadership Team.
About You
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years’ clinical experience in aged care.
- Sound knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards
- Demonstrated leadership in supervising, coaching, and mentoring nursing teams
- Strong clinical care planning and coordination experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities with sound clinical judgment
- Confident in using clinical systems and participating in an on-call roster
Essential Requirements
Satisfactory National Police Check
Current Working with Vulnerable People registration (with NDIS endorsement if applicable)
Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination, including booster
Current influenza vaccination
