Frequently Asked Questions

Helping you navigate healthcare recruitment with confidence.

For Healthcare Professionals

Eligibility & Requirements

Do you hire nurses or support care workers/caregivers from overseas?
Yes. We actively recruit internationally trained nurses for aged care roles across Australia. Currently, we can only assist AHPRA-registered nurses who are willing to relocate to regional and rural areas and work in aged care. While we would like to support caregivers and support workers, we do not yet have employer partners offering sponsorship for these roles. That said, please stay alert – opportunities may arise in the future.

Do I need to be registered with AHPRA?
Yes. You will need AHPRA registration for any clinical role in Australia. If you’re unsure where to begin, we’ve provided a helpful AHPRA registration guide on our website to guide you through the process.

What qualifications are needed to apply?
Visit our Application Process page to learn more about the qualifications we are looking for. These requirements may also vary depending on the role you’re applying for.

What kinds of jobs do you recruit for?
We recruit AHPRA-registered nurses, enrolled nurses, allied health professionals and aged care leadership roles such as Clinical Care Manager, Facility Manager and Care Coordinator.

Application & Selection

How do I apply?
Please submit your CV via our official website and follow the outlined procedures. Upon receipt of your application, our team will review your profile and contact you to discuss subsequent steps.

What happens after I apply?
Once you submit your application, your profile will be reviewed and if you meet the requirements, you may be added to our pool of nurses From there, we present suitable candidates to our partnered employers. Please note that the final decision rests with the employer as part of their recruitment process. Our role is to act as a liaison between you and the employer – guiding you through each step and ensuring communication remains clear and transparent.

Do you assist with visa sponsorship or skilled migration opportunities?
Yes. If you’re an international healthcare professional seeking sponsorship, you may be selected into our pool of nurses. From there, we connect you with our partnered employers who offer skilled worker sponsorships, while our migration lawyer partners provide guidance along the way.

Preparation for Aged Care Roles

How do you support nurses in preparing for aged care roles in Australia?
We offer specialised learning modules designed to equip nurses with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in aged care. These modules cover the unique aspects of aged care in Australia – from understanding residents’ needs and routines to clinical care practices, compliance requirements and person-centred care. By completing these modules before starting work, our nurses feel more confident, prepared and ready to provide high-quality care in their new roles.

What if I don’t have aged care experience?
Aged care experience is highly valued, but if you are new to the sector, our learning modules and orientation support will help you develop the right skills and confidence to work in aged care.

Will you help me prepare for interviews?
Absolutely. We provide personalised support, including resume feedback, interview tips and guidance tailored to your professional background.

Relocation & Settlement

What support do you offer once I arrive in Australia for my new role?
We don’t stop at recruitment. After you arrive, we provide practical help to settle in and transition smoothly into your new workplace. This includes airport pickup, assistance with preparing all necessary documents for Australian government requirements (such as tax number registration, superannuation application, banking and mobile phone setup), transportation to your new accommodation and orientation to your local community.

Do you assist with accommodation arrangements?
Yes. While there is no guarantee that your employer will provide free accommodation for a specific period, we will always request this option where possible. If accommodation is not included, we will help you find suitable housing close to your workplace so that your transition is as smooth as possible.

Living & Working in Regional Australia

Will I need to work in regional or rural Australia?
Most of our partnered employers are based in regional and rural areas, where the demand for nurses is highest. Being willing to relocate to these areas significantly boosts your chances of sponsorship and long-term employment.

What can I expect living in regional Australia?
Living in regional Australia offers a quieter lifestyle, smaller communities and a strong sense of connection – but it also comes with practical considerations. Public transport is limited, so being able to drive (or learning to drive) is often necessary.

Accommodation varies depending on the location and while some employers assist, it is not always guaranteed. Many nurses find the experience rewarding, with supportive teams, lower living costs and the opportunity to make a real impact in local communities.

Costs & Fees

Are there any costs for job seekers?
No. Our recruitment services are entirely free for healthcare professionals. We’re here to help you find a role that matches your career goals and values.
