From Frontline Nurse to Healthcare Recruiter

Before starting Nursiecare Recruitment, I worked as a registered nurse for over a decade, mostly in aged care and acute settings. Like many in the sector, I’ve seen the pressure that comes with short staffing, the emotional toll it takes on teams, and the difference it makes when the right people are in the right roles.
 

I started this agency because I believe recruitment in aged care should be led by people who understand it, not just from behind a desk, but from inside the shifts, the care plans and the conversations with families.

Now, I help aged care providers, especially in regional Australia, find nurses and aged care workers who are not only qualified, but kind, committed, and ready to contribute. We also support skilled migration and long-term staffing strategies.

At the heart of it, I’m still a nurse. I just happen to recruit now with the same intention I had on the floor: to make life better for the people we care for and those who care for them.
