Nursiecare Recruitment – Terms & Conditions for Applicants

Submission of an application, booking of an interview, or any engagement with Nursiecare Recruitment (“we”, “us”, “our”) constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of the following Terms & Conditions.

  1. Interview Booking & Attendance

Applicants are responsible for:

Failure to attend without reasonable notice may result in:

  • Delays in future opportunities.

Requests to reschedule interviews should be submitted as early as reasonably possible.

  • Authorise Nursiecare Recruitment to represent you to prospective employers.
  • Consent to sharing relevant professional information, including:
    • Resume/CV
    • Qualifications and employment history
    • Recruiter notes and assessments

Nursiecare Recruitment will take reasonable steps to ensure that applicant information is shared solely for legitimate recruitment purposes.

  1. Documentation, Compliance & Right to Work

Applicants must provide valid and verifiable documentation, including:

  • Professional registration (e.g., AHPRA, where applicable)
  • Proof of identity
  • Evidence of work rights in Australia (or eligibility pathway)

Applicants acknowledge that:

  • AHPRA Registration is separate from a visa or migration approval.
  • Failure to provide required documentation may delay or prevent progression.
  1. Migration & Registration Disclaimer

Nursiecare Recruitment does not operate as a registered migration agent.

  • We may collaborate with external migration professionals where appropriate.
  • Any migration or visa advice is provided solely by authorised third parties.
  • Applicants are responsible for verifying their own eligibility and compliance.
  1. Training & Employability Programs

Where applicable:

  • Training programs are designed to support candidate readiness.
  • Participation may be recommended, but it does not guarantee employment.
  • Completion of any program does not ensure placement or a job offer.
  1. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Nursiecare Recruitment does not charge candidates recruitment placement fees.
  • Any optional services, such as online training or consultations, will be clearly outlined before engagement.
  • Applicants are responsible for their own costs for registration, migration, relocation, or documentation, unless otherwise agreed.
  1. Third-Party Engagement

Nursiecare Recruitment may collaborate with third-party providers, including employers, training organisations and migration professionals.

  • Nursiecare Recruitment is not responsible for the actions, decisions, or services of third parties.
  • Applicants engage with third parties at their own discretion.
  1. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for:
    • Employment decisions made by employers.
    • Outcomes related to visa, registration, or regulatory approvals.
    • Any indirect or consequential loss arising from recruitment processes.

Nothing in this clause excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
